Hand embroidered London Eye cushion

This lovely design is made up of hundreds of what's known as French knots.  It's exquisite to touch, amazingly painstaking careful work that is also extremely elegant.  The stitches are indigo on a gentle powder blue raw silk ground with a white border.  As with the other two hand-embroidered cushions I've listed here, it is completely unique, only one of this colour was ever made and I'm not planning to make any more so it's a one-off!  This is a very special piece that you can cherish for many years to come.
