Why do we sell this in the Snowden Flood studio shop?  Pump Street Bakery is a small family owned business based in Suffolk. Along with only a few other UK producers, Pump Street are making small batch, handmade chocolate from beans imported directly from family farms and cooperatives around the world. The painstaking and obsessive care and attention to detail (it's a long and delicate process to make chocolate like this) yields a chocolate that is entirely manufactured in Suffolk and unbelievably delicious. As a complete chocoholic, their chocolate was a revelation to me, it's as if I'd been drinking vinegar for years and then someone gave me a glass of wine.
