Bee Pollen & Mango Chocolate bar by Ocelot
I love this deliciously rich and tangy 70% dark chocolate with unusual additions of fragrant mango and earthy bee pollen. And I know you shouldn't judge a chocolate bar by it's cover but this one looks as good as it tastes.... as do all their bars.
Handmade, designed and packaged in a micro chocolate factory in the old port of Leith, Edinburgh. All the cocoa beans were grown ethically and sustainably in Eastern Congo and supplied by 'bean-to-bar' producer Original Beans.
Ingredients: 70% chocolate (cocoa beans*, cane sugar*, cocoa butter*), sun-dried mango* (10%), bee pollen* (3%). Cocoa min. 70%. *ingredients from organic production.
Produced in a factory that handles almonds, bee pollen and milk.
Why do we sell this in the Snowden Flood studio shop? Ocelot Chocolate is a small business run by Matt and Ish in Edinburgh. It looks and tastes beautiful and their attention to detail and the ethics of their business fits perfectly with my own.
